Needles and tracks

Just wanted to share a few pictures from my wonderful acupuncture session with Susan. She came to my house. She's very healing. Great energy and I felt really relaxed after. By the way, Susan, who has worked with many people who have had total knees said mine looked "great." She added that for my stage of recovery, I was moving really well. That felt really good -- to have an optimistic professional opinion. PS the one in the middle is Susan. PPS sorry about the bad layout. Not sure how to do it better with this program.

Yes, acupuncture is great for both post operative pain, and for promoting the healing of your knee. Get as much as you can in this initial time after surgury. The effect is accumulative.

Too bad you are not in the Seattle area, we have a great creme San Huang San, which comes from the martial arts traditions in China. It is excellent for injuries from kicks and punchs and fantastic for helping tissues heal after surgery.

Keep doing the acupuncture! And hope you feel better soon.

by the way, love the photos on your blog, they are a nice addition to the story
